Sir, I have join my service as LDC in 20-3-1990 and got first ACP in 20-3-2002 in my previous department and I became surplus and redeployed on 1-3-2006 in the office of Dy. Suptdg. Horticulturist, Horticulture Division No. I, Taj Mahal, Agra, I have sent a representation through proper channel to DOPT in 2007 and requested to adjust me in the post maching to my scale of 4000-100-6000 which was at the time of my surplus for consideration. After a long time when I have not received any reply then I made a reminder and submit in my office my office has forwarded my reminder to the Director (Horticulture)A.S.I. Agra but he has not forwarded my reminder and returned me back with the direction that ACP does not mean a promotion. Sir as per the surplus rules I am entitle to get three option for redeployment I got only one and join my duty but after that I have not received any other option for redeployment. I was redeployed by showing my scale 3050-4950 but at the time of surplus I was in the scale of 4000-100-6000. My reminder of representation is must to reach to DOPT but my officers are not interested to sent it to DOPT that is not good to me. Please guide me. I am still LDC at present.
